Return & Refund Policy
- Since we deliver to your door or event, we accept no claims of damage to our baked goods. All cakes and mini treats are considered acceptable after inspection of your package at the point of delivery.
- Under no condition will we issue refunds for our baked goods or accept returns.
Delivery
- Available for island-wide delivery.
- Delivery times vary according to traffic, order quantity, schedules and distance from our studio to your final destination.
- Prompt or scheduled delivery times are not promised.
Styling & Extra Details
- The Christmas Cake Shop is a "first come, first served" ordering process. There are limited spaces available per week.
- Sprinkles, colors and decorations may vary from the pictured design.

Serving Suggestions
We recommend one cupcake per person if other desserts are being served or two cupcakes per person if cupcakes are the only sweet treat at the party. Order multiple boxes for additional flavor options and greater servings!

Care Instructions
Our cupcakes are made fresh to order to ensure maximum freshness and we recommend that you enjoy them upon receipt. Never refrigerate your cupcakes to prevent them drying out. Our cupcakes are carefully packaged in cupcake boxes and may be stored within this packaging until service. Our cupcakes taste their best at room temperature. Be certain to keep cupcakes out of direct sunlight or heat to prevent melting. If you must refridgerate your baked goods, to preserve freshness, be sure to first wrap the entire box in cling wrap or transfer to an airtight container.

Flavor selections are limited in the Christmas Cake Shop. Here is a breakdown of our signature flavors available. These flavors are subject to change or may become unavailable according to high demand.
- Vanilla Wild Berry Sprinkle- Colorful sprinkles are folded into our buttery vanilla cake. This cupcake is filled with fresh, wild berry Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with American Vanilla buttercream
- Santa's Milk and Cookies- Oreo cookies are folded into buttery vanilla sponge. This cupcake is filled with oreo ganache and topped with American vanilla butercream
- Chocolate Fudge- Rich chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache buttercream
- Red Velvet- Bright red, moist velvet cake topped with American vanilla buttercream
