- Best enjoyed on the day of delivery or collection for optimal texture.
- Ensure to keep treats out of direct sunlight.
- If storing within the refrigerator, be sure to leave treats in their original packaging.
Return & Refund Policy
- All boxes are made to order and are non-refundable. All items are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once an order is confirmed.
- We accept no claims of damage to our baked goods. All treats are considered acceptable after inspection of your package at the point of delivery.
- Under no condition will we issue refunds to our baked goods or accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so that we can assist.
Pick-Up
- Treats are available for collection at our studio in Charnocks, Ch Ch.
- A "PickUp Ready" email will be submitted via email or Whatsapp (1.246.841-8603) along with a google maps location link for your convenience.

Delivery
- Available for island-wide delivery at $25.00.
- Delivery fees are subject to change depending on your distance.
- Delivery times vary according to traffic, order quantity, schedules and distance from our studio to your final destination.
- Prompt or scheduled delivery times are not promised.
- We recommend that someone is present to receive your cheat box - we are not responsible for heat damage to desserts left unattended.

- A minimum deposit of 50% or full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
