• For the best experience, keep refrigerated at 2–5°C (36–41°F) until ready to enjoy.

• Remove from the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors and textures to fully develop.

• Consume within 48 hours of collection for optimal freshness.

• Store in the original box and keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

• Do not leave unrefrigerated for more than 1 hour.

• Please Note: These desserts contain alcohol and fish gelatin. Handle with care, as the chocolate decorations and mirror glaze are delicate.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

At With Love Cakery, each dessert is handcrafted to order and prepared specifically for you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of collection or delivery and provide photographs of the product. We will review each concern individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Orders that are not collected on the scheduled collection date are considered abandoned and are non-refundable.

Should you need to cancel your order, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date may be eligible for store credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of fulfillment are non-refundable, as ingredients, labor, and production time will have already been committed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Pickup Policy

Pickup is available from our studio in Charnocks, Christ Church, Barbados on the collection date selected at checkout.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with collection instructions once their order is ready.

Please inspect your order upon collection. Once products have left our premises, With Love Cakery cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, storage, or exposure to heat.

To ensure the quality of your desserts:

• Transport products on a flat, level surface.

• Keep vehicle air conditioning on during transport.

• Avoid placing desserts in direct sunlight.

• Refrigerate products promptly upon arrival.

• A "PickUp Ready" email will be submitted via email or Whatsapp (1.246.841-8603) along with a google maps location link for your convenience.

• Please bring your order confirmation

• Orders not collected within the pickup window may be forfeited

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they are provided with the order details and understand the handling instructions.

 

 

Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available on selected dates and locations throughout Barbados.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed exact arrival times. While we make every effort to deliver within the selected timeframe, factors such as traffic, weather, road conditions, and volume of deliveries may affect arrival times.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window provided. If no one is available upon arrival, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted at the delivery address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. With Love Cakery is not responsible for damage, melting, or deterioration resulting from products being left unattended or improperly stored after delivery.

 

Available for island-wide delivery at $25.00.

Delivery fees are subject to change depending on your distance.

For quality and food safety purposes, desserts should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

 

We recommend that someone is present to receive your cheat box - we are not responsible for heat damage to desserts left unattended.

  Contains: Dairy, eggs, gluten, fish gelatin, and alcohol (rum).

  Nut-Free: This collection does not contain nuts as an ingredient. However, all products are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens.

   

  Please Note: Due to the presence of alcohol and fish gelatin, this collection may not be suitable for children, pregnant individuals, or those with dietary restrictions related to alcohol consumption.

   

• A minimum deposit of 50% or full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
